Service Description
Close your eyes and connect to the colors of music as it guides you through our Yin yoga flow. Reconnect with your body by holding poses for longer periods of time. Utilizing deep stretching and tension we’re opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. Let the rhythm of the music transform you to a higher dimension.
