Welcome to Roots & Rhythm, a yoga experience designed for you and your young ones to bond and grow together. At Roots & Rhythms, we celebrate the strength of family ties and the joy of connecting through movement. Join us for a unique journey where we explore the depths of our heritage while practicing yoga poses that reflect the beauty of our connection. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, all levels are welcome, from ages 3 and up. Picture a space brimming with positive vibes, where you and your little one embark on an exciting voyage of discovery, embracing the rhythm of movement and breath. Our classes offer a nurturing environment where both parent and child can stretch, breathe, and thrive together. So, bring your mats and let the Roots & Rhythm community lift you up as we come together for a soulful experience every Third Sunday at 3pm. Join us in celebrating the magic of family and the power of connection on the yoga mat. *Includes one adult and one child admission, additional children can be added Please allow arrive 10-15 minutes before your class. Mats & class space is cleaned after every class. High-touch surfaces are cleaned before and after class.

Cancellation Policy
